Whether you are looking for a form of exercise to rehabilitate an injury, increase athletic performance, or just get a great workout the Pilates Center of Omaha is the best Omaha has to offer. The instructors have helped me not only heal an injury but to go far beyond. I may be over 60, but I feel like a kid.

Somehow, pilates and quiche fall into the same bowl of soup. Real men supposedly don't eat quiche, nor do they supposedly do pilates. I do pilates, and I love it. I have been going to classes for almost two years now, and have battled the urge to ask people check out my core. My wife would freak, so jut take my word for it- it's really solid. That's due to the work we do. Instructors are great, and they really know what they are doing. Classes are relatively small, so they keep a close eye on you doing the exercises properly. We've learned it's pretty much a waste and potentially harmful to do them incorrectly. 
It's also a great group to be around.

I love Pilates.  I'm 59 years old and I've been going to Pilates Center for almost a year usually once a week.  I have more flexibility, my leg aches are gone and I'm more toned - and that's only going once a week!  The instructors are great - very patient and instruct in a way that is fun, but you're still working.  The class is an hour, and I feel like I'm only there 15 minutes!  Diane T.

Pilates is a great way to gain strength and flexibility. The instructors are always observing form so you know that you are doing the exercise correctly and getting the most benefit! Good to the core – My wife and I have been going to the Pilates Center for over a year now, and it is one of the few "non-negotiables" in our schedule. You want us Tuesday evening? Forget it, we're not missing class.

We keep coming twice a week because it has really made us stronger and healthier. The instructors are careful and keep a very close eye on technique, and they are also fun. In fact, everyone in the class is fun except for me because I grunt a lot. So don't come Tuesday.  Tom K.

I love pilates! It makes me feel like I am still in my twenties. I have taken pilates at several studios in the Omaha area. I believe you can't get any better than the Pilates Center of Omaha. I take classes 2-3 times a week. My husband won't let me quit. The instructors pay close attention to your form to ensure that you correctly execute the exercises!

A fantastic place for beginners and advanced students alike! the best location, staff, and instruction in omaha. Ashlee and her staff are so welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. you leave feeling relaxed--but challenged at the same time. I love how pilates makes me look and feel. :)

I followed Ashlee when she and Wendy opened this studio.  One of the great things offered in these classes is variety!  The hour goes by so fast, and it is fun!  More times than not, I have gotten in on special pricing when buying packages.  The instructors are very knowledgable in the Stott method of Pilates.  All body shapes and ages feel welcome here.  I like that!

I heard Pilates would be a great way to get into better shape as well as learning how to use all my muscles again. Having lived with a bad back, this exercise has helped me to keep my pelvis in a neutral position as well as use muscles that have been significantly underutilized. I am really impressed with my instructor (Linda) for her knowledge and ability to communicate and motivate. The facility is well equipped and everyone is diligent in keeping the equipment sanitized after each person’s use. I encourage other people to use Pilates Center of Omaha. Chuck
